The nature of this project is repurposing of an existing building into a music education and performance center. The new program includes studio spaces for one-on-one music instruction, office and meeting spaces for staff, and a performance space. The existing building has three stories above grade plus one story below grade. Work scope for this project includes full demolition of existing interior non-load bearing partitions and existing MEP/FP systems. New exterior work includes re-roofing and partial replacement of windows in existing openings.
